The Johnson Park Cup, similar to the PGA Tour's FedEx Cup, is a season long tournament series in which competitors compete in 12 different styled tournaments that give up to 500 points to players in the field based on their result in the event. Every person, from first to last, will receive points in every tournament. Some tournaments, such as the Club Championships and Member-Guest, will offer double the amount of points players receive making it easier to move up the leaderboard. The series starts in April and runs through September. At the end of the year, one man and one woman will each receive a full season pass to Johnson Park for the 2020 golf season, $500 in pro shop credit, their own reserved parking spots, and be named the Johnson Park Player of the Year.
The Top 10 finishers in the Johnson Park Cup standings will make up Johnson Park's Ryder Cup team. Johnson Park will take on New Berlin Hills Golf Course in a 2-day Ryder Cup event. The team will battle for the Wisconsin Cup on October 12 at Johnson Park and October 13 at New Berlin Hills Golf Course. Get ready from some great golf!
*The Johnson Park Cup is a handicapped tournament series. Points will be awarded on the player's net result of each tournament. Players must have active WSGA/USGA handicap to participate.
