General Manager Racine City Courses - Alex Gelabert
Alex started his career working in Chicago, at Chicago Park District Golf. During his time there he managed several facilties, from 2013-2019, and came to Racine from Jackson Park Golf Course. Alex has also spent time as a Programming Insructor for The First Tee of Greater Chicago, where he was Coach and Captain for PGA Junior League teams. Alex is also a PGA Associate with a focus in Golf Operations, and is working towards Class A membership. Aside from a love of the game of golf, Alex is an avid Chicago sports fan, and loves to talk Cubs baseball to anyone who will listen.

Director of Golf - Matt Grams
Matt comes to Johnson Park from New Berlin Hills, where he started his golf career in 2016. There he worked in the Pro Shop as well as being a golf coach for a variety of junior programs, including PGA Junior League. He has a passion for junior golf, and looks forward to teaching the future golfers of Racine! Aside from working, Matt loves fishing, rooting for the Bucks, and trying out new restaurants in and around Milwaukee.

Head Course Superintendent - Jeremy Dahl
Jeremy currently lives in Kenosha, but began his career working as a member of the grounds crew at Riverside Golf Course in his hometown of Janesville, Wisconsin. As an avid golfer with a love of the outdoors, the turf management profession became a perfect fit for him. After working as the Assistant Superintendent at both Riverside and Blackhawk Golf Courses in Janesville, Jeremy was offered the opportunity to be part of the team constructing and growing in the courseThe Club at Strawberry Creek, in Kenosha. It was here that Jeremy saw the golf course go from soil to turf while helping to build an elite golf course from raw, flat land. As the First Assistant Superintendent of Strawberry Creek for 12 years, he helped produce some of the best playing conditions in the Midwest and helped turn The Club at Strawberry Creek into one of the premier private clubs in the state. Jeremy is working tirelessly to bring this knowledge and expertise to all of the City of Racine golf courses and it shows. When not at work, Jeremy enjoys hunting, fishing, woodworking, and playing golf.
